BISON 4000 Basic Unit
The BISON 4000 has being designed with the concept of a modular configuration and build up.　
Since many client has the need to clean the whole range of hose, tube and pipe with internal diameters from 4mm up to 33mm the basic unit is the starting point of the whole concept. The basic unit is fully operational, pneumatically, including the launcher unit, pneumatic control unit, air supply coupling, air supply on/off switch and hose fitting retaining plate and triggers connectors. Thebasic unit is built into a closed container with access to all connectors and switches.　
According to client requirements additional features can be added to the basic unit. This modular features include Magazines, Guide Tubes, Exchangepistons, Trigger mechanisms, Mobile Trolleys etc. Additional features for a full integration into an automatic process line (electronic control unit PLC) are also integrated into the concept.
